Nelly Hachem-Ruiz is a French perfumer of multicultural heritage, the granddaughter of a Syrian diplomat. She studied at Le Havre University before pursuing her career in fragrance and is now a senior perfumer at IFF based in Paris. She won the Fragrance Foundation Award for Perfume Extraordinaire in 2016.
Her notable fragrances include Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 pour Lui French Panache, Diesel Only The Brave Street, and Kenzo Cèdre Secret. She has created for Giorgio Armani, Lacoste, Diesel, Kenzo, and David & Victoria Beckham.
