Michèle Saramito is a senior perfumer at Robertet, the Grasse-based natural ingredients house, where she has spent virtually her entire career since joining in 1976. Working from Robertet's base in the heartland of French perfumery, she developed a deep affinity for natural raw materials and an approach to composition centered on balance, harmony, and olfactory storytelling.
Her notable creations include Ptisenbon for Tartine et Chocolat, one of the first fragrances designed specifically for children, as well as Godolphin for Parfums de Marly and Essence for Reminiscence. She has also contributed fragrances to Amouage, Jovoy Paris, and Ex Nihilo.
