Maurice Roger was a French fragrance executive who served as President of Parfums Christian Dior beginning in the early 1980s. In that role he oversaw a bold creative strategy aimed at producing landmark fragrances that would define the luxury perfume market. He is best known for commissioning and developing Dior's Poison in 1985, a deliberately provocative floral that became one of the most discussed fragrances of its decade.

Under his direction, Dior also developed Fahrenheit and Dolce Vita, both of which became enduring classics. Roger's approach was to seek dramatic impact and challenge conventional notions of what a prestige fragrance could be, and his tenure at Parfums Christian Dior established a creative legacy that influenced the broader industry.
