Amandine Clerc-Marie is a French perfumer who grew up surrounded by the fragrance industry, with her mother working in perfumery. She studied at ISIPCA in Versailles and went on to collaborate with master perfumer Michel Almairac for more than a decade after graduation. She joined Firmenich in 2011, where she holds the position of Principal Perfumer.
Clerc-Marie has built a reputation as a creator of warm, sensual, and commercially successful fragrances. Her most celebrated creations include Chloé Eau de Parfum, Lancôme La Nuit Trésor, Aura by Mugler, and Voce Viva for Valentino. She has composed fragrances for Yves Saint Laurent, Lancôme, Chloé, Thierry Mugler, and Sisley.
