Lattafa Perfumes Industries was established in 1980 by Sheikh Shahid Ahmad and co-founder Shoaib Iqbal in Dubai, with the goal of producing high-quality fragrances that reflect the richness of Arabian olfactory traditions. The company formally launched its perfume line in 1992 and has since grown into one of the most recognized fragrance houses in the Gulf region. Now a third-generation, family-run business employing over three thousand people, Lattafa exports to more than 120 countries worldwide. The brand draws its name from the Arabic words Latif and Lateefa, evoking refinement and elegance. Lattafa gained significant global visibility through social media, particularly TikTok, where its affordable yet richly composed oriental fragrances found an enthusiastic new audience outside the Middle East.
